Old Rotelli’s site in Lake Worth get a new tenant

rotellisLAKE WORTH — The old Rotelli’s site on Lake Avenue has a new tenant.

The managers of Lilo’s All American Cafe, a casual outdoor dining spot on Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, will be opening a similarly-themed restaurant, according to Wayne Cordero, the site’s owner.

“This is something I would’ve like to have done myself,” Cordero said.

Lilo’s signed a five-year lease with two additional five-year options, Cordero said.

Lilo’s will specialize in “upscale street food,” with a focus on tacos, montaditos and margaritas, said Joe Lipovich, a company treasurer.

Lipovich said he plans to have the restaurant open in December.
